Judul diatas kelihatan sekilas seperti "IKLAN" yang pernah kita lihat ditayangan TV yang mengiklankan sebuah produk shampo, seperti ini,"Ketombe, siapa takut", tapi lebih mengingkatkan kita pada sumber minyak bumi kita yang semakin lama semakin menipis. Minyak merupakan kebutuhan sehari-hari yang digunakan untuk mengisi kendaraan, memasak, pembangkit tenaga listrik dan mesin-mesin industri yang tanpanya maka kehidupan tidak akan berjalan lancar. Seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan minyak serta mulai berkurangnya sumber minyak bumi membuat harga minyak melonjak yang tentunya sangat membebani masyarakat kecil seperti Negara Indonesia saat ini.

Namun dengan diketemukanya sumber minyak nabati dari minyak jarak (Jatrupa Curcas) seakan membuat hidup menjadi lebih hidup, kenapa tidak, karena sumber minyak ini mudah didapatkan dan dapat diperoleh dimana saja dengan biaya yang sangat murah dimana per liternya hanya sekitar Rp.2.250, tidak seperti minyak solar yang harganya mendekati Rp.6000. Minyak jarak tidak seperti minyak bumi yang pencarianya (explorasinya) membutuhkan biaya miliaran rupiah yang terkadang gagal di explorasi karena kesalahan analisa maupun hasil yang diharapkan tidak sesuai dengan yang diharapkan.

Minyak Jarak (Jatrupa Surcas) adalah sejenis tanaman pagar yang dapat hidup dan ditanam dimana saja dengan lingkungan tanah yang tidak suburpun tetap hidup, sehingga pengelolaanya sangat mudah dan tidak perlu biaya yang besar untuk merawatnya, hanya perlu lahan kosong tempat untuk menanam serta kita masih bisa menanami dengan tanaman palawija atau yang lainya disela-sela pohon jarak tersebut.

Apa Sih Kegunaan Minyak Jarak Itu?

Minyak jarak adalah minyak yang dihasilkan dari biji dan buah jarak yang digiling dan dihancurkan dengan Mesin Pemecah Jarak, sehingga menghasilkan minyak. Berdasarkan penelitian yang pernah dilakukan awal 2004 oleh Institut Teknologi bandung (ITB) yang bekerja sama dengan Mitsubishi Research Institute Jepang telah berhasil menciptakan bahan bakar minyak (BBM) dari 100% minyak jarak alami. Bentuk BBM dari minyak jarak ini seperti minyak goreng, kental, licin,dan baunya tidak mencolok. Pada 10 kg biji jarak yang sudah dihancurkan akan dihasilkan3,5 lt yang dapat digunakan sebagai penganti solar. Minyak jarak ini adalah ramah lingkungan karena mengandung banyak oksigen yang tinggi maka membuat pembakaran mesin menjadi sempurna dan awet serta rendah polusi (Carbon monoksida) dibanding minyak solar, maka minyak jarak ini sangat cocok digunakan terutama dinegara-negara yang jumlah populasi kendaraannya tinggi seperti di Indonesia sehingga dapat mengurangi polusi.

Krisis yang terjadi tahun 1998 menyebabkan beberapa perusahaan menjadi kolap (bangkrut), karena tidak mampu lagi membiayai proses produksinya dengan alasan tingginya biaya produksi serta rendahnya penjualan dikarenakan kondisi perokonimian Nasional yang melemah. Menunggu krisis berakhir ibarat menunggu mobil mogok yang tidak tahu penyebabnya dan dari mana harus dimulai perbaikanya, namun bagaimanapun mobil harus tetap jalan, berbagai cara dicoba untuk memperbaiki, walaupun setahap-demi tahap akhirnya dapat diatasi meskipun tidak sempurna, begitu pula krisis ekonomi yang telah menyisakan berbagai masalah pengangguran yang tidak sedikit, yang tahun demi tahun telah mulai sedikit tampak adanya perubahan walaupun belum maksimal, hal ini terlihat telah mulai bangkitnya berbagai usaha-usaha sektor ekonomi berskala kecil mulai tumbuh dimana-mana yang memicu para penganguran mulai bergerak aktif untuk mmemulai mencari pekerjaan baru. Berbagai sikap yang diambil oleh para penganguranpun berbeda-beda ada yang menyikapi dengan cara berwiraswasta, ada pula yang mencoba melamar pekerjaan ke perusahaan-perusahaan baru dan bahkan ada yang mencoba melamar pekerjaan ke Luar Negeri (hijrah), dan bahkan ada yang tetap mengangur karena sulitnya mencari kerja serta tingginya angka persaingan diantara pencari kerja.

Para pengangguran profesional ini adalah mereka yang sebelumnya telah bekerja di perusahaan-perusahaan terkemuka, bank-bank ternama dengan jabatan dan posisi yang strategis. Tampaknya mereka yang masih menganggur mempunyai alasan - alasan kecewa, atau memang belum mendapatkan pekerjaan dengan jabatan seperti yang sebelumnya, maka mereka berpikir lebih baik mengnggur dari pada harus bekerja dengan gaji dan jabatan rendah. Cara pandang yang kurang sehat ini menyebabkan orang menjadi lemah dalam hal kreatifitas, semangat, motivasi, dan keinginan yang akhirnya akan membawa ketidakpastian didalam kehidupannya. Perubahan adalah waktu, keberhasilan hanyalah cara bagaimana orang mencapainya, ubahlah pola pikir BEKERJA TETAP menjadi TETAP BEKERJA banyak cara bisa dicapai, serta perlu waktu untuk memulai, tidak ada sesuatu yang datang dengan tiba-tiba, tidak ada yang instant, spontan tanpa usaha, semuanya butuh pengorbanan, janganlah berprinsip pada pola-pola lama bahwa mencari pekerjaan tetap (pegawai negeri, pegawai swasta dan sejenisnya) adalah segalanya tetapi ubahlah cara pikir lama yang tidak sehat tersebut.

Dengan tetap kerja maka anda akan dapat banyak melakukan perubahan yang luar biasa, dengan tetap kerja maka anda akan dapat menciptakan peluang-peluang baru dan dengan tetap kerja maka anda akan menjadi pengusaha yang sukses. Tidakkah anda tahu bahwa banyak orang-orang yang sukses adalah orang-orang yang tidak mempunyai pekerjaan tetap, tetapi mereka adalah orang-orang yang tetap kerja dengan berbagai bidang usaha yang dimilikinya. The reality is real exist and most of people feeling stress when they meet failure. of course stress is normal respon who any body suffering much problem, it,s to mechanism coping to release stressor, but if condition have been took long time will be harmful to yourself and could cause a cronic mental health disease, so how to encounter stress linked with unsuccesfull condition?
